As Business Development Manager you’ll be responsible for the implementation of Xiaomi product sales and marketing strategy in Telco channel, delivering the best product accessibility and experience for the end-users. You will be working closely with all major Telco accounts, monitoring the market, and delivering the best results for vendors.

Define and implement a long-term strategy for Xiaomi products (mobile phones, tablets, wearables, earphones, TV, 5G routers and etc.), prepare sales, marketing, and action plans to achieve it.
Drive sales strategy, build long-term, collaborative partnership with existing Telco partners. Foster and deliver constant revenue growth for our strategic partners.
Maintain knowledge of products to advise the client professionally and promptly on technical characteristics of products, prices, delivery terms.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing and sales) to plan, develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and initiatives (offline and online) together with our partners.
Systematically analyze the needs and requirements of customer portfolio as well as market trends and competitive environment to identify further development opportunities and drive results.
Analyze sales results, plan, and prepare accurate sales forecasts.
Expertise and in-depth knowledge of Telco business.
Proven experience in sales, product management or account management (2-3 years).
Confidence in dealing with senior management level, ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.
Passion for challenges and high achievement orientation.
Excellent sales, negotiations, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work as a part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, deal with ambiguity, and execute in a fast-paced demanding environment.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into business insights.
Fluency in English and Lithuanian both oral and written.
Monthly salary (net) from 2300 €.
Annual bonuses up to 2 monthly salaries are available.
