Hello, my name is Giedrė Lukšė and I am the Financial Analysis and Reporting Group manager.

As Financial Controller you would be responsible for implementing and supporting various finance-related processes. Such as budgeting, monitoring results, managing risks, improving current processes/reports, and creating new ones, providing insights etc.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Running budgeting and forecasting processes of various Sub-Groups and Companies (Film Group, Real Estate Group, Energy Group and Competence center).
Monitoring the Sub-Groups and Companies financial situation and preparing timely reports for the management team and the board.
Preparing business models/calculations for new investments.

Financial risk management in designated areas.
· Preparation of management and financial, ad-hoc reports, analysis of indicators and provision of insights.
Participation in the organization and implementation of financial audit.
Participation in accounting processes and assistance in their improvement, participation in the implementation of information systems and digital tools.
Participation in the monthly closing processes and their coordination.
Participation in the preparation of pricing documents, control of the correspondence of actual data.
Cash flow forecasting.

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

University degree in Finance or Economics field.
At least 3 years of work experience in a group of companies or similar role.
Knowledge of Lithuanian legal acts regulating financial accounting.
Knowledge of the principles of financial and management reporting, including consolidated ones.
Excellent analytical thinking and control skills, attentiveness, ability to systematize and summarize information and manage large flows of information.
Experience in streamlining processes.
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
Adherence to deadlines and complex problem solving.
Expert skills in Excel; experience with QlikView/Qlik Sense or other business intelligence platforms is an advantage.
Working experience in the BIG4 companies is also an advantage.
YOUR SALARY:
• Salary starting from 3300 Eur Gross. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
