YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Category and procurement development from assigned Lithuanian and foreign suppliers.
Tracking market trends in the category, assortment development, warehouse maintenance, offers to customers.
Warehouse turnover management.
Assortment analytics and pricing.
Meetings with suppliers, active communication on business development issues.
·Periodic discussions with TOP customers and sales team on business development issues.
Preparation and implementation of strategy and action plan
Finding new suppliers and negotiating with existing ones.
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
Proven experience in business development (2-3 years).
Excellent sales skills, ability to identify and sell through added value.
Analytical mindset and ability to convert data into business insights.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and organize work to meet deadlines.
Excellent sales, negotiations, and problem-solving skills.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers.
Ability to work as a part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
Entrepreneurship.
Fluency in English and Lithuanian both oral and written.
Computer literacy (working with Microsoft office).
YOUR SALARY:
Monthly salary (net) from 1700 €. B
