YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Execute the corporate and employer branding communication strategy across the group of companies.
Oversee internal communications within the group companies, working closely with the team.
Partner with design and public relations agencies, as well as event organisers.
Build and maintain media relations by preparing and distributing announcements and comments and initiating relevant topics.
Manage and improve social media communications.
Ensure representation at key events, such as business conferences and career fairs.
Plan and manage the communication budget effectively.
Monitor and analyse communication metrics, staying updated with industry trends.
Develop partnerships (e.g., with higher education institutions, etc.).
Participate in activities of the non-profit organisation "Acme Geri darbai" and develop collaborative social projects.
Organise and coordinate events.
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing or Public relations.
At least 5 years of experience in the communication field.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing communication strategies.
Proficiency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken ( at least C1 level), with the capability to write articles and content in both languages.
Strong ability to establish and maintain relationships with the media.
Expertise in independently planning and organising activities for yourself and your team (including managing an internal communication partner), prioritising tasks, and consistently achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
