Currently we are looking for an experienced Field Sales Manager who has a passion for improving brand performance in the stores through the engagement of the salespeople to provide and development of brand’s in-store visibility.
Job location: #Riga
Maternity leave cover - 2 year job contract.
Apple sales performance monitoring & improvement in our partners’ priority stores;
In-store group and individual trainings execution;
Priority stores’ salespeople self-learning initiatives planning and implementation;
Store salespeople engagement programs development;
Apple in-store merchandising projects coordination and/or execution;
Building strong partnerships with our key partners.
A solid track record in sales/brand representation field;
Experience working in a telecommunication company is considered as an advantage;
Excellent communication and influencing skills;
Ability to deliver engaging small group or individual trainings (or general public speaking skills);
In-store merchandising experience or understanding;
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English;
Ability to work on own initiative, manage multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced, demanding environment;
Driver‘s license.

Gross salary starting point from 2200 EUR/month based on experience.
