Hello, I am Aušra Juodgudytė, Head of Business Processes and Technologies.

We are looking for a Business Process Development Partner who will collaborate with all company departments to ensure clarity and efficiency of the organization's processes by embracing best practices in process improvement and contributing to the creation of an efficiency-oriented and open for a change culture within the company.

THE DIFFERENCE YOU WILL MAKE:

  • Analyze, create, and continuously improve the company's internal processes.

  • Lead and support cross-functional project teams to implement organizational changes.

  • Create and manage process maps.

  • Survey, identify and analyze best practices for changes and processes.

  • Build trust based relationships with business stakeholder.

  • Participate in IT projects by standardizing company processes before changes and documenting processes after changes.

  • Perform cost and benefit analyses and constructs business cases for process improvement opportunities.

  • Create and support the development of metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.

  • Present future improvement opportunities to senior leadership. 

  • Organize trainings and presentations for employees on process management topics.

YOUR EXPERTISE AND PERSONALITY:

  • 4+ years of experience in operations/ process improvement.

  • ·Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodology.

  • Experience with Bizagi, MS Visio, or other process modeling tools.

        Excellent MS Office skills.

  • Experienced in change management and leading cross-functional teams to successfully achieve business goals.

  • Good knowledge of the English language.

  • Openness, receptivity to innovations, and the desire to initiate and manage changes are traits close to you.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and make decisions.

  • Intermediate experience at facilitating ideation/problem solving workshops with relevant stakeholders.

YOUR SALARY:

  • Gross salary starting point from 3300 EUR/month based on experience. Annual bonuses are available.
