ACME Film is one of the biggest film distributors in the Baltics. We work with Sony, Warner Bros. and other international film studios and distribute local films in movie theatres, home video and TV. We are looking for a freelance marketing specialist to assist our local marketing team in Lithuania.
Manage ACME Film social media accounts (organic): Facebook, Instagram, TikTok;
Organize BTL campaigns for new movie releases from A to Z: propose ideas, recommend partners and influencers that would best fit the movie title, negotiate prices and conditions, execute the ideas fully and analyze the results;
Assist the marketing team to organize red carpet premieres and other events in cinemas;
Adapt advertising materials – select best visuals/videos, localize texts and designs; write short ad texts for social media;
Assist the marketing team in daily activities.
You have a Bachelor or will soon graduate from marketing, creative industry, economics, management or relevant studies;
You have experience with organizing events, looking for sponsors or managing creative projects;
You have good copywriting skills in Latvian;
You are interested in social media marketing and understand how influencer marketing works;
You are fluent in English;
You are creative;
You are attentive to detail and able to critically evaluate campaign results;
You love movies!

A freelance contract (as an external agent). Potential monthly earnings before taxes 1500 Eur, working 20-30 hours per week.
A hybrid job that you can balance with your studies or other occupations. Most of the time you will work remotely on your preferred working hours, but your presence will be needed in film premieres, screenings, etc.
Possibility for a university internship contract, only for those planning to continue working freelance.
