Hi, I am Marius Leonas, Head of Commercial Products Distribution at ACC Distribution. My professional team, sharing its knowledge and competencies, brings the latest technologies and implements smart solutions in the Baltic countries.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and develop the IT product category (servers, storage, network equipment, software, and uninterruptible power supplies).

  • Develop deep technical knowledge of the represented vendors, solve technical tasks, and provide expert product insights.

  • Offer professional and timely advice to partners regarding product specifications, pricing, licensing, and delivery times.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trading partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

  • Organize product launches, including conducting training sessions and presentations for partners.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to initiate and manage sales promotions and campaigns that drive growth and market presence.

  • Lead new projects from initiation to execution and ensure smooth implementation of existing projects.

  • Conduct continuous competitive market analysis and monitor market trends to stay ahead.

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

  • 2-3 years of experience in business development or product management, ideally within the IT sector.

  • Knowledge of technologies, the market, and products.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a team-oriented mindset and ability to quickly adapt to changing situations.

  • Excellent planning, analytical thinking, and independent decision-making abilities.

  • Passion for challenges and high achievement orientation.

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Lithuanian and English.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

YOUR SALARY:

  • Monthly salary (gross) from 3500 €. Annual bonuses are available.

  • Additional health insurance.

  • Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
