Hello, I'm Agnė – Head of Communication at "Acme Grupė." I joined the company only a few months ago but have already experienced the organization’s drive, teamwork, and expertise. I am expanding our communication team and looking for a Social Media and Communication Specialist who will help promote the activities of the group and its companies both on social media and beyond.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and implement social media strategies to increase the visibility of the group’s companies and brands on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
Proactively plan, prepare, and publish engaging textual and visual content on social media that aligns with the company’s goals and target audiences.
Monitor, analyze, and prepare reports, providing expert insights and recommendations on social media activities using relevant metrics.
Expand the group’s communication to unexplored social media platforms to reach new target audiences.
Manage customers' and followers' inquiries and comments received on social media.
In collaboration with colleagues, prepare various blog posts and articles about the company and its brands according to the group’s communication strategy.
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
At least 2 years of experience managing social media for a business/organization/ brand.
At least 2 years of experience preparing various types of textual content – articles, blog posts, etc.
Design skills using Canva or a similar tool to create visual content for social media.
Excellent Lithuanian language skills.
Excellent (C1) English language skills (written and spoken).
Creativity, proactivity, and the ability to work in a team and individually.
YOUR SALARY:
Salary 2000-2700 Eur (Gross). Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
