YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Software Development Leadership:
Lead and manage the Software Development Team.
Define and oversee software development processes, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
Develop and implement a strategy for the Software Development department.
Set and track KPIs for the Software Development Team.
Oversee and manage outsourced software development efforts.
Scrum Master Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Remove impediments and roadblocks to enable team progress.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages open communication and continuous improvement.
Act as a servant-leader, coaching the team to self-organize and deliver high-quality outputs.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-maintained and prioritized backlog.
Monitor team velocity and performance, identifying opportunities for process optimization.

Software Development:
Proven technical leadership experience in software development.
Hands-on experience managing and directing teams of developers.
Advanced understanding of software development methodologies and frameworks, including Agile and Scrum.
Experience delivering projects with complex scopes and objectives, on time and within budget.
Scrum Mastery:
Proficient in Agile principles and practices.
Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an Agile environment.
Strong facilitation and coaching skills to guide teams through Agile adoption and improvement.
