Field Sales Manager

Join our team in Tallinn!

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Regularly visit retail locations across Estonia.

  • Maintain and develop business relationships with retail staff, educate them, and share knowledge about the consumer electronics and home appliances brands represented by the company (e.g., Reolink, Segway, SteelSeries, Razer, Ecovacs, Midea, Bissell and others).

  • Prepare materials and organize product trainings in the partners retail locations.

  • Oversee the placement, maintenance, and presentation of promotional materials and display stands at sales points.

  • Ensure that planned sales promotion activities are successfully implemented at retail locations.

  • Provide feedback and reports on store performance, changes, and completed projects.

  • Ensure the proper representation of the brands in partner e-commerce stores and ensure the quality and range of product descriptions.

    WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

  • Initiative, responsibility, and independence.

  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.

  • A desire to learn and develop.

  • Excellent time management skills and organization.

  • Very good Estonian language skills.

    THIS POSITION SUITS YOU BEST IF:

  • You have a university or college degree.

  • You can easily connect with people of different personalities and age groups.

  • You have experience in management/sales or a similar role.

  • You are interested in technological innovations, electronics, and home appliance products.

  • You can communicate smoothly in English.

  • You have a driver's license (category B).

  • You enjoy dynamic work and thrive in a changing environment.

    YOUR SALARY:

  • Monthly salary (before taxes) from 2000 EUR.

  • Company car is available for work related travels.
