Attract new partners and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners.
Develop and implement strategies to meet partners' needs and strengthen cooperation.
To be the main point of contact for some partners, addressing their issues promptly.
Negotiate and prepare commercial proposals.
Collaborate with local Business Development Managers (BDMs) and marketing teams in the development of campaigns for partners.
Ensure partner engagement, training and provision of necessary resources and support.
Monitor partner performance, identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Develop and improve loyalty programmes to drive partner engagement and profitability.
Implement the company's growth strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop offers and leverage local sales resources.
Analyse market trends, monitor competitor performance and provide insights to internal teams.
·Experience in business development, partner relationship management or similar.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative in dealing with partner issues.
Experience in training, partner engagement and partner support.
Analytical thinking and the ability to monitor and drive improvement in performance indicators.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams to achieve common goals.
Knowledge of market trends and competitors' activities.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Results-based thinking with a focus on achieving business objectives.
Monthly salary starting point is from 3300 Gross €. Annual bonuses are available.
