Currently we are looking for an experienced trainer who has a passion for inspiring an audience and developing content that is focused, engaging and fun. As an Apple Trainer, you will work closely with an international Apple Training team to develop and deliver training solutions. You will be responsible for all aspects of Apple Training delivery for internal employees and resellers’ staff: training on new Apple products, customer service excellence, sales techniques etc.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Delivering trainings based on AVAD Baltic employees and partners’ needs;

• Maintaining top-notch Apple Training standards;

• Developing and delivering tailor-made virtual and workshop training materials for both external and internal audiences.;

• Demonstrating leadership by encouraging new ideas on people learning and development;

• Ensuring partners are meeting Apple Sales Training compliance requirements;

• Building strong partnerships with our key partners;

• Ensuring all delivery related data is accurate in the Learning Management System.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• A solid track record as a training/learning manager;

• Solid instructional design and delivery skills that meet the requirements of the adult learner in both classroom and distant learning settings;

• Excellent presentation skills with experience delivering for young audience;

• Customer support/contact center training experience would be an advantage;

• Strong project and time management skills;

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English;

• Ability to work on own initiative and manage multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

SALARY RANGE:

• Gross salary starting point from 2800 EUR/month based on experience.
