Active development of the product category in the Baltic markets (solar power systems), including assortment planning, pricing, sales promotion, and marketing initiatives.
Collaboration with equipment manufacturers and suppliers on pricing, business development, product assortment, marketing, and supply chain matters.
Building and maintaining relationships with business partners and developing cooperation with distributors and retailers.
Organizing product launches, as well as preparing and delivering training sessions and presentations for business partners and the company’s sales team.
Initiating and coordinating sales promotion campaigns in cooperation with the sales and marketing teams.
Conducting competitive market analysis, monitoring market trends, and responding to evolving customer needs.
Expanding the product portfolio, continuously maintaining and updating the existing assortment, monitoring stock levels, forecasting demand, placing product orders, coordinating deliveries, and managing product sell-outs.
Solid understanding of the renewable energy market in Lithuania, including current technologies and equipment. You actively follow innovations in the field.
2–3 years of successful experience in product management, sales, or commercial roles.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to collaborate in a team environment.
A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail when evaluating situations and identifying opportunities.
Strong planning skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently and make decisions.
Excellent command of Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
Salary starting from €3960 gross per month before tax deduction . We are open to discussing other salary ranges depending on your skills and competencies
