As a Home Appliances (HA) Social media specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing social media presence by creating engaging content, planning campaigns, and analyzing performance to drive brands‘ awarenes, you will cooperate closely with HA team and social media agencies. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and implement social media strategies to increase the visibility of home appliances brands on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others (Ecovacs, Bissell, Midea, Hutt and etc.).

  • Proactively plan, prepare, and publish engaging textual and visual content on social media that aligns with the brands' goals and target audiences.

  • Monitor, analyze, and prepare reports, providing expert insights and recommendations on social media activities using relevant metrics.

  • Content creation initiatives (reels, post material, videos, UGC).

  • Cooperation with outsourced agencies in purpose to cover whole social media categories.

    YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND EXPERIENCES:

  • At least 2 years of experience managing social media for a business/organization/ brands.

  • At least 2 years of experience preparing various types of textual content – articles, blog posts, etc.

  • Design skills using Canva or a similar tool to create visual content for social media.

  • Excellent lithuanian and english languages skills (written and spoken

    ).

  • Creativity, proactivity, organizational, planning and the ability to work in a team and individually.

    YOUR SALARY:

  • Monthly salary (before taxes) from 2455 EUR before tax deduction.
