Telco Apple Business Development Manager Latvia is responsible for implementing AVAD Baltic’s strategy and ensuring the profitable growth of Apple products within Latvia. The role is responsible for managing relationships with key Telco partners, developing a growth strategy, and implementing tactical activities to drive ambitious sales targets. This will require to possess both abilities to influence and collaborate and perform thorough analysis. 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Strategic Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement a growth strategy in Latvia with Telco partners, focusing on Apple products by setting sales targets, identifying opportunities for growth, and monitoring market trends.

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with key Telco partners to drive sales growth by having regular meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive the sales process to meet ambitious targets by collaborating with partners to build and execute sales demand generation programmes.

  • Analysis and Reporting: Conduct regular analysis of sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of business strategies. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, and use this information for future strategy and decision-making.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams within the organisation to ensure a seamless and effective sales process. This may involve coordinating promotional activities, addressing customer concerns, and managing product inventory. 

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a commercial, business development role or account management, preferably in the telecommunications sector.

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics.

  • Skills: Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to analyse complex data and market trends to inform sales strategies. Fluent in English and Latvian, both spoken and written.

  • Knowledge: Understanding of the telecommunications market, particularly in the Baltic region. Knowledge of Apple products and how they fit into the larger telecommunications ecosystem. 

  • Attributes: Highly collaborative with the ability to influence and engage with a wide range of stakeholders, confidence in dealing with C-level executives. Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic business environment and drive results towards ambitious sales targets. A self-starter with strong initiative, resilience
