B2B Sales and Client Relations Manager (Junior)

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attract new clients and develop market channels.

  • Maintain and foster long-term relationships with existing clients.

  • Provide recommendations based on interactions with clients and prospects.

  • Prepare high-quality commercial offers for clients, negotiate, and close deals.

  • Independently plan and organize work to ensure goal achievement and client satisfaction.

  • Develop and maintain successful relationships with clients through excellent sales and communication skills.

  • Analyze weekly reports on sales performance; think analytically and strategically to drive sales.

  • Show initiative and willingness to learn about IT products to become an industry expert.

  • Proactively attract new clients using company databases and professional contacts.

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

  • A self-driven attitude – we’re looking for someone with fire in their eyes, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to meeting clients face to face.

  • (Not mandatory) Experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT or business technology solutions.

  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word.

  • Strong presentation, communication, and argumentation skills.

  • An energetic and client-oriented personality, eager to work in a diverse and dynamic team environment.

  • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client needs effectively.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • The ability to analyze market trends and understand client needs.

  • A high level of initiative and a proactive, hands-on approach to work.

  • Great attention to detail, responsibility, and a strong customer-focused mindset.

  • Good English, Latvian, and Russian skills (oral and written).

    YOUR SALARY:

  • Monthly salary (before taxes) from 2200 €/brutto

  • Additional health insurance.

  • Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
