(Not mandatory) Experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT or business technology solutions.
Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Word.
Strong presentation, communication, and argumentation skills.

Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client needs effectively.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
The ability to analyze market trends and understand client needs.
A high level of initiative and a proactive, hands-on approach to work.
Great attention to detail, responsibility, and a strong customer-focused mindset.
Good English, Latvian, and Russian skills (oral and written).
Monthly salary (before taxes) from 2200 €/brutto
