I’m Vytautas Sakalas, the head of a company that specializes in Amazon account management and automation, providing services to retail businesses. A significant share of Lithuania’s leading retail companies — industry leaders — are among our clients.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing our clients’ (retail companies') sales on Allegro.pl and Amazon marketplaces.

  • Taking full ownership of growth strategy creation and execution, often starting from scratch.

  • Setting clear goals and consistently working to achieve them, with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.

  • Making independent decisions and being accountable for their outcomes.

  • Applying our extensive Amazon platform experience and contributing to its further development.

  • Bringing in your own knowledge and being eager to learn new things, especially while expanding our presence on Allegro, where we’re still building experience.

  • Growing together with the team, finding the most effective solutions, and sharing insights.

    WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms, especially Allegro.pl (Amazon experience is a strong plus).

  • Understanding of the end-to-end e-commerce process – from product selection to logistics and order fulfillment.

  • Responsibility and the ability to work independently.

  • Attention to detail and precision in task execution.

  • Strong results orientation – motivation and ability to deliver measurable growth.

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or a related field.

    YOUR COMPENSATION & WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Salary: €1500–2000 net (after taxes).
