If you join us, you’ll lead and grow a collaborative team focused on executing B2B and B2G commercial product distribution strategies across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. You’ll help shape our strategic direction, drive sustainable growth, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the market.

Define and implement commercial products distribution plans aligned with company’s goals, driving growth and market leadership in the Baltic region;
Lead and mentor the team, set clear performance objectives, conduct regular reviews, provide feedback, and build a positive team culture;
Establish and maintain relationships and partnerships with key commercial and governmental (B2B & B2G) stakeholders to maximize business opportunities;
Oversee strategic account management and engage actively with top-tier clients, ensuring regular communication and alignment with business objectives;
Guide the team in sales forecasting, inventory management, and operational efficiency to effectively meet market demands;
Promote market intelligence and data-driven decision-making, continuously analyzing trends, competitors, and customer insights for growth opportunities;
Collaborate closely with internal teams to create cohesive and effective sales and marketing strategies;
Coordinate impactful customer-focused events, workshops, and briefings to strengthen ACC Distribution’s market position in collaboration with stakeholders.
·5+ years in management roles in commercial products distribution, business development, or strategic account management;
Strong understanding of Baltic B2B and B2G markets, particularly in technology and related sectors;
Proven ability to lead teams, foster growth, and manage talent effectively;
Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn market insights into clear strategies;
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders;
Fluent in English (oral and written);
Track record of successfully managing strategic projects and driving changes.
Flexible work environment
We work in a hybrid model – combining time in the office with working from home. Additionally, we offer the opportunity to work remotely from any EU country for up to 30 days per year.

Compensation that reflects your experience
Offered salary starts from EUR 6900 gross/month and company car.
