BI Developer

As a BI Developer You will:

• Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) applications and reports to meet ACME Grupė companies‘ organizational needs.

• Collaborate with analysts, business users, data owners, IT team to gather requirements and ensure high-quality BI solutions.

• Continuously evaluate, improve, and support existing data models, reports, and dashboards to ensure performance, usability, and scalability.

• Identify potential issues in data, formulate problems, and proactively propose effective, sustainable solutions.

• Write well-designed, clean, and efficient code to ensure optimal performance and maintainability of BI applications.

• Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation to support BI systems and processes.

We expect You to have:

• 2+ years of experience developing BI solutions and handling complex analytical tasks.

• An analytical mindset, the ability to analyze business processes and systems effectively.

• Communication and collaboration skills, ability to collaborate across different teams, building and maintaining cross-functional relationships, and translating business needs into technical solutions.

• A willingness to learn, share knowledge, and assist others.

• English and Lithuanian proficiency.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Fabric features, and Agile or Scrum methodologies (using tools like Atlassian Jira) is a valuable bonus.
