Design, develop, and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) applications and reports to meet ACME Grupė companies‘ organizational needs.
Collaborate with analysts, business users, data owners, IT team to gather requirements and ensure high-quality BI solutions.
Continuously evaluate, improve, and support existing data models, reports, and dashboards to ensure performance, usability, and scalability.
Identify potential issues in data, formulate problems, and proactively propose effective, sustainable solutions.
Write well-designed, clean, and efficient code to ensure optimal performance and maintainability of BI applications.
Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation to support BI systems and processes.
2+ years of experience developing BI solutions and handling complex analytical tasks.
An analytical mindset, the ability to analyze business processes and systems effectively.
Communication and collaboration skills, ability to collaborate across different teams, building and maintaining cross-functional relationships, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
A willingness to learn, share knowledge, and assist others.
English and Lithuanian proficiency.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Fabric features, and Agile or Scrum methodologies (using tools like Atlassian Jira) is a valuable bonus.

We work in a hybrid model – combining time in the office with working from home. Additionally, we offer the opportunity to work remotely from any EU country for up to 30 days per year.

Compensation that reflects your experience
Offered salary starts from EUR 4132 gross/month.
