This role puts you at the intersection of retail strategy, product expertise, and high-impact training.
As Xiaomi Merchandiser You will:
Regularly visit retail locations in Vilnius and the surrounding area.
Maintain and develop professional relationships with store staff, educate them, and share knowledge about the brands represented by the company.
Take care of the placement and maintenance of brand promotional materials and displays in retail locations.
Ensure that planned sales-promotion activities are successfully implemented in the stores.
Provide feedback and reports on store conditions, changes, and completed projects.
Oversee the proper representation of the company’s brands in partner e-commerce stores, ensuring the quality of product descriptions and the accuracy of the assortment.
We expect You to have:
An interest in Xiaomi technological innovations, consumer electronics, and home appliances.
A strong sense of ownership and responsibility, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Confidence when speaking to groups, with the ability to educate, train, and deliver engaging product demonstrations.
Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both spoken and written.
A valid driving licence (category B).
