Hello! My name is Audrius Granickas and I am the Head of Xiaomi Training and Competency. You might have heard of Xiaomi — they're shaking up the tech world, and we're the biggest company bringing their products to the Baltics.

This role puts you at the intersection of retail strategy, product expertise, and high-impact training. 

As Xiaomi Merchandiser You will:

  • Regularly visit retail locations in Vilnius and the surrounding area.

  • Maintain and develop professional relationships with store staff, educate them, and share knowledge about the brands represented by the company.

  • Take care of the placement and maintenance of brand promotional materials and displays in retail locations.

  • Ensure that planned sales-promotion activities are successfully implemented in the stores.

  • Provide feedback and reports on store conditions, changes, and completed projects.

  • Oversee the proper representation of the company’s brands in partner e-commerce stores, ensuring the quality of product descriptions and the accuracy of the assortment.

We expect You to have:

  • An interest in Xiaomi technological innovations, consumer electronics, and home appliances.

  • A strong sense of ownership and responsibility, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

  • Confidence when speaking to groups, with the ability to educate, train, and deliver engaging product demonstrations.

  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian, both spoken and written.

  • A valid driving licence (category B).

  • Startin salary 2314 Eur (before taxes) + a strong quarterly bonus up to 1100 Eur (before taxes), depending on the performance.
