Represent home appliances product categories in the Baltic market.
Work with a product portfolio that includes high-quality brands.
Cooperate with vendors on pricing, sales development, product range, marketing, and supply.
Maintain strong knowledge of products to advise clients professionally and promptly on technical characteristics, prices, and delivery terms.
Build long-term, collaborative partnerships with customers, continuously searching for growth opportunities and developing existing accounts.
Initiate new sales projects and implement existing ones.
Generate ideas together with the marketing team and run exciting campaigns in the Baltic market.
Analyze market trends and the competitive environment to identify development opportunities and drive results.
Analyze sales results and initiate sales-promotion activities.
Proven work experience in sales of home appliances products.
In-depth knowledge of technologies, the market, and products.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong planning abilities, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
Flexibility and open-mindedness.
A passion for challenges and a strong achievement orientation.
Good Lithuanian and English communication skills, both oral and written.

We work in a hybrid model – combining time in the office with working from home. Additionally, we offer the opportunity to work remotely from any EU country for up to 30 days per year.

Compensation that reflects your experience
Salary range - from 3800 Eur Gross to 4298 Eur Gross.
