By joining the People & Culture team at Acme Group as an HR Business Partner, you will become the main HR point of contact for leaders within your assigned business units. In this role, you will contribute to the implementation of various HR projects and initiatives, support leaders in people-related matters, and help create an outstanding employee experience.

This position is specifically dedicated to supporting two Acme Group companies — AVAD Baltics and Acme Film. You will work closely with their management teams, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs and partnering with them to drive people and culture initiatives aligned with both company and group-level goals.

About the Acme Group companies you will support:

AVAD Baltics is an Apple Authorised Distributor, responsible for driving the growth and development of the Apple brand across the Baltic region.

ACME Film is one of the leading film distributors in the Baltics, representing major international studios and independent production houses.

As an HR Business Partner, You will:

  • You will actively collaborate with managers of the assigned business units, providing consultation and insights on a wide range of people management and HR-related topics.

  • You will be responsible for attracting and hiring new employees, managing the recruitment and selection process, and coordinating the onboarding of new hires.

  • Actively participate in leadership and management team meetings, representing and supporting the People & Culture agenda.

  • Together with the People & Culture team, you will develop and continuously improve HR processes, including onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and career planning, while seeking solutions that help create the best possible employee experience.

  • In collaboration with People & Culture colleagues, you will initiate and implement change, apply best HR practices, contribute to the organization of internal events, and support employee well-being initiatives.

  • You will organize and deliver annual compensation and salary benchmarking reviews for your assigned ACME Group companies, as well as coordinate employee benefits such as health insurance, service awards, and other additional benefits.

  • You will be responsible for organizing employee engagement, eNPS, and other surveys, analyzing the results, and initiating improvement actions based on insights gained.

  • You will monitor HR metrics, structure and analyze people-related data, and proactively initiate improvements when deviations or risks are identified.

We expect You to have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, such as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, ideally at a mid-level or higher.

  • Higher education in business management, administration, human resources, or a related field.

  • A strong interest in the HR profession, a desire to grow and continuously develop, and openness to change.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.

  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze people-related data, identify trends, and ensure accuracy and attention to detail in reporting and processes.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to set priorities effectively and work independently.

  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle challenges and non-standard situations.

  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.

  • Compensation that reflects your experience

  • The offered salary ranges from EUR 2900 to 4100 gross per month, depending on the candidate’s experience and seniority.
