You will approximately divide your time and focus into three parts: 80% AVAD Baltic leaders and people, 10% ACME Film leaders and people, and 10% knowledge sharing and engagement in ACME Grupė projects.
AVAD Baltic team is, in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest partners. As People Business Partner, you will be the primary HR contact for AVAD Baltic leaders, creating and implementing people programs and strategies across the Pan Baltic team, providing HR expertise to create the best employee experience and support business priorities.
ACME Film is a long-term partner of such well-known companies as Warner Bros. and Sony Pictures. Also, the company is the largest independent film distributor in the Baltic countries. You will advise senior managers and support team members on the development and other people’s issues.
Provide relevant guidance, coaching and support to business leaders across the Pan Baltic team on all people management and development issues. As well as consult managers on all sensitive employee relations and communication cases.
Facilitate discussions around change and transformation.
Take responsibility for Talent Acquisition & Recruitment for the Pan Baltic team, advise managers on all issues related to ensuring an effective and qualitative recruitment process and an excellent candidate experience.
Own the employee life cycle and key People practices for different teams such as induction, workforce planning, reward and recognition, career progression, engagement survey action planning, communication, and others.

Work closely with managers to discover people’s talents, identify development needs and create growth and career prospects for them. Encourage our people to take ownership of their performance, careers, and learning.
Build insight into how our people feel and what’s important to them.
Together with the People and Culture team, initiate changes, support or drive different HR activities and implement best practices that create excellent employee experience, including culture & values, diversity and inclusion initiatives, engagement activities, reward & benefits, and wellbeing.

Collaborate with other team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of the services the People and Culture team provides.
Relevant experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role (at least three years).
Experience with the latest HR trends in practical terms.
Excellent relationship building and communication, with the ability to move between listening to, guiding and coaching others at all levels.
Confidence in working with senior management and developing and maintaining collaborative relationships.
Ability to work on own initiative and manage multiple priorities, deal with ambiguity, and execute in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Experience in managing sensitive situations and handling employees and stakeholders with empathy and understanding.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, energetic, and innovative approach.
