Our dynamic and innovative team supplies products from major global brands to the Baltic market and, together with our partners, develops sales and marketing activities. Represent smartphones, smart wearables, and mobile accessories product categories in the Baltic markets.
Develop and manage a portfolio of internationally recognized brands such as OnePlus, PanzerGlass, Fixed, and others.
Work closely with vendors to drive pricing strategy, sales growth, product portfolio development, marketing initiatives, and supply planning.
Maintain strong product and market knowledge to professionally advise partners and customers on technical specifications, pricing, and delivery terms.
Build long-term, trust-based partnerships with customers, actively developing existing accounts and identifying new growth opportunities.
Initiate and manage new sales projects, ensuring effective execution of ongoing initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate ideas and implement impactful, result-driven campaigns.
Monitor and analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify development opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
Analyze sales performance, initiate sales-promoting actions, and contribute to continuous business growth.
Proven work experience in sales of smartphones, consumer electronics, or related product categories.
Strong understanding of technologies, products, and market dynamics within the consumer electronics sector.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a result-oriented mindset.
Good planning and organizational skills, an analytical approach, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and open-mindedness, with the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
High motivation for challenges and a strong drive to achieve ambitious results.
Good Lithuanian and English language skills, both written and spoken.

We work in a hybrid model – combining time in the office with working from home. Additionally, we offer the opportunity to work remotely from any EU country for up to 30 days per year.

Compensation that reflects your experience
Salary range - from 3800 Eur Gross to 4130 Eur Gross.
