·Develop and execute sales activities in the Polish market.
Acquire new customers and actively expand the customer portfolio.
Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
Work with large and strategic customers across defined sales channels.
Develop business with existing customers and across assigned product lines.
Drive the sale and development of authorized and priority products in target channels.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth potential.
Cooperate closely with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Logistics teams to grow the business.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis.
Ensure achievement of agreed sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives.
Represent the company professionally in meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
Report directly to management and actively contribute to business planning.
Good knowledge of the Polish market and its main sales channels: Retail, E-tail, SMB, B2B, Telco, etc.
Proven experience in sales or key account management within distribution, manufacturing, or partner channels (electronics/IT distribution – strong advantage).
Ability to build and develop long-term customer relationships based on trust and value creation.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to set ambitious but realistic sales targets together with management and achieve them on time.
Result-oriented mindset with strong ownership of assigned accounts and targets.
Self-organized, structured, and disciplined approach to planning tasks, processes, priorities, and time.
Ability to work independently in a new market setup while being an effective team player.
Analytical thinking and the ability to work with sales data, forecasts, and reports.
Good command of Polish and English (Lithuanian – advantage).
