Hi, I'm Audrius, the Head of the PCC Business Unit at ACC Distribution. My team is embarking on an exciting journey to develop a new business focused on refurbished products, and we're on the lookout for someone passionate about sustainability and innovative business growth.

Right now, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our refurbished products business across B2B and retail channels

As a Business Development Manager You will:

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients across target markets.

  • Build your own client portfolio from scratch, focusing on long-term partnerships.

  • Actively prospect and engage with potential customers (retail, IT, Telco, corporate clients).

  • Present and sell renewed product solutions (e.g., Samsung, Dell, HP, Apple).

  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiate terms, and close deals.

  • Continuously analyze the market and identify new business opportunities.

    We expect You to have:

  • Experience in sales/business development, ideally within retail, IT, or Telco sectors.

  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to drive new business.

  • Confidence in communication, negotiation, and relationship building.

  • Proactive, hands-on attitude with a strong ownership mindset.

  • Analytical thinking and the ability to identify opportunities.

  • Technical understanding of products/specifications is a strong advantage.

  • Good English skills (oral and written).
