
Hi, I'm Audrius, the Head of the PCC Business Unit at ACC Distribution. My team is growing the renewed products business across the Baltic and European markets, and we are looking for a sales-driven professional who is excited about building long-term customer relationships and driving business growth.
In this role, you will take ownership of developing sales of premium renewed and refurbished products across multiple B2B channels and markets. You’ll work closely with existing and new customers, identify growth opportunities, and help expand our presence in a fast-growing and dynamic product category.

Drive sales growth of renewed products across European markets, focusing on developing business with existing and new B2B customers.
Collect and analyze customer demand, providing the supply team with insights on required consumer electronics and IT products to meet market needs.
Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and partners across different sales channels.
Develop business opportunities within existing accounts while actively identifying and acquiring new customers.
Work closely with customers on pricing, product selection, delivery terms, and commercial conditions to maximize sales results and profitability.
Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and sales potential within target markets and channels.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to initiate actions that drive business growth.
Lead and execute sales projects together with internal Product Management, Sales, Logistics, and Marketing teams.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports while ensuring achievement of agreed sales targets and KPIs.
Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development within consumer electronics, IT, telecommunications, or related industries. Experience with refurbished products would be a strong advantage.
Strong sales-oriented mindset with the ability to develop long-term customer relationships and grow existing business.
Experience working with customers in channels such as Retail, E-tail, SMB, B2B, distribution, or Telco would be considered a strong advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of targets, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
Analytical thinking and ability to work with sales data, forecasts, and performance analysis.
IT or consumer electronics market knowledge would be considered a strong advantage.
Experience with renewed products is a strong plus.
Good English skills (spoken and written).

The monthly base salary for this position is from EUR 2,300 to EUR 2,800 net. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
