We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager – Cloud Marketplace & Services (Baltics) to join our team and lead the growth of our cloud business across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving the growth of cloud marketplace services, strategic vendor partnerships, and the partner ecosystem across the Baltic countries. The role focuses on accelerating the adoption of cloud platforms, cybersecurity solutions, and managed cloud services by recruiting, enabling, and developing partners, as well as executing joint business and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cloud platform providers, independent software vendors (ISVs), managed service providers (MSPs), system integrators, resellers, and internal sales teams to increase cloud consumption, expand marketplace transactions, and drive recurring revenue growth. The BDM will identify new business opportunities, strengthen strategic partnerships, and ensure partners are equipped to deliver high-value cloud and cybersecurity solutions to customers.

As a Business Development Manager You will:

  • Drive the growth of cloud marketplace services across the Baltic countries by expanding cloud consumption and recurring revenue.

  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies for Microsoft Azure, AWS, cybersecurity, AI, and managed cloud services.

  • Recruit, develop, and strengthen relationships with cloud-focused partners, including resellers, MSPs, CSPs, system integrators, and ISVs.

  • Build strategic business plans with partners and vendors to achieve shared growth objectives.

  • Manage relationships with Microsoft, AWS, cybersecurity vendors, and cloud ISVs while identifying new partnership opportunities.

  • Lead partner enablement initiatives by organizing trainings, workshops, webinars, and certification programs.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to generate pipeline, execute demand generation campaigns, and accelerate marketplace adoption.

  • Monitor business performance, analyze cloud marketplace KPIs, forecast revenue, and ensure regional sales targets are achieved.

We expect You to have:

  • Proven experience in business development, channel sales, partner management, or alliance management within the IT or cloud industry.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, cloud marketplaces, SaaS, IaaS/PaaS, cloud security, or cybersecurity solutions.

  • Experience developing partner ecosystems and driving cloud or subscription-based business growth.

  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation, strategic planning, and pipeline management skills.

  • Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

  • Confidence delivering presentations, partner trainings, and enablement sessions.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage forecasts, sales performance, and business KPIs.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Lithuanian.

  • The monthly base salary for this position is from EUR 3500 Eur Gross. The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
