As a Home Appliances (HA) Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for representing the Home Appliances product categories in the Polish market, building long-term collaborative partnerships with customers, and strategically developing the brands to drive sustainable business growth.

As HA Business Development Manager You will:

  • You will represent the Home Appliances product categories in the Polish market.

  • Your future product portfolio will include high-quality brands such as Midea, Mill, and others.

  • You will maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide customers with professional and timely advice on product specifications, pricing, and delivery terms.

  • You will build long-term, collaborative partnerships with customers, continuously identify growth opportunities, and develop existing accounts.

  • You will initiate new sales projects and successfully implement ongoing projects.

  • You will generate ideas together with the marketing team and execute engaging campaigns in the Polish market.

  • You will analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and drive commercial growth.

  • You will analyze sales performance and initiate sales promotion activities to maximize business results.

We expect You to have:

  • Proven sales experience in the Home Appliances or Consumer Electronics industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of technologies, the market, and products.

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong planning and analytical skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • A flexible and open-minded approach.

  • A passion for challenges and a strong results-oriented mindset.

  • Good command of Polish and English, both spoken and written.

  • The ability to work remotely.

    or this position is from 2500 EUR to 3000 EUR gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
