·Provide day-to-day support to the sales team by managing internal systems, reports, documentation, and administrative processes.
Communicate directly with customers, ensuring they are informed about delivery schedules, stock availability, and order status.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including order entry, tracking, and follow-up.
Coordinate invoicing, credit notes, credit limits, and related financial processes with both customers and internal teams.
Monitor stock levels and product availability, proactively providing updates to customers and sales colleagues.
Prepare quotations, pricing information, and product-related documentation for customers and the sales team.
Handle customer complaints, returns, and service issues, ensuring timely resolution and a positive customer experience.
Maintain and update customer information in CRM and internal systems to ensure data accuracy.
Support sales reporting activities by preparing performance reports, sales statistics, and business insights.
Assist with the localization and preparation of sales and marketing materials.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Product Management, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
Contribute to continuous process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, order management, account coordination, or a similar role.
Strong customer-oriented mindset and confidence in communicating directly with customers.
Experience working with ERP, CRM, or other business management systems.
Good understanding of sales processes, order flow, and customer support activities.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and communicate effectively across different departments.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to work with reports, data, and business information.
Problem-solving attitude and a proactive approach to handling customer issues and operational challenges.
Good communication skills in both verbal and written communication.
Good command of English; Finnish language skills would be a strong advantage.
