Apple Retail Business Development Manager

Apple Retail Business Development Manager will closely collaborate with our major business partners in Latvia and will be responsible for building mutually beneficial strategic sales relationships, implementing new retail sales and marketing activities, ensuring the best end-customer experience in our partners stores and the mutual business growth.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • ·Foster and deliver constant revenue growth of our strategic Latvian retail partners;

    ·

  • Build a strong business relationship with each partner to develop their businesses;

  • Plan and prepare accurate sales forecasts and manage the product inventories with the partners;

  • Make sure the partners have the correct order backlog in place;

  • Analyse and report business results and trends regularly;

  • Identify opportunities in retail market and develop specific plans to drive results;

  • Negotiate with the partners to build and execute strong and impactful demand generation plans;

  • Closely collaborate with AVAD training team to ensure requested levels of product knowledge are maintained within each partner;

  • Together with your partners and AVAD marketing team -  plan, develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and initiatives into the partners stores.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • ·Expertise and in depth knowledge of retail business;

  • Confidence in dealing with senior management level, ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships;

  • Successful experience in managing and developing account development sales strategies, with a thorough understanding of the complex sales cycle;

  • Understanding of Apple technology (would be a great advantage);

  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage multiple priorities, deal with ambiguity, and execute in a fast-paced demanding environment;

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into business insights; 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;

  • Fluent in English both oral and written, great advantage – fluency in Russian.
