You will plan digital marketing activities in line with strategy and be operational in execution, coordination, and implementation of Baltic marketing activities. You will monitor progress and results; and continuously work to improve and create impact.
Job location could be: #Kaunas, #Vilnius or #Tallinn
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working alongside the Head of Marketing to prepare company’s digital marketing strategy and mapping out tasks needed to implement that strategy.
Running and monitoring pan-Baltic digital marketing campaigns in line with Apple standards.
Ensuring that all digital marketing campaigns are carried out smoothly, delivered on time and within campaign budget.
Collaborate with external agencies: brief them on media plans, develop digital tactics for various audiences, channels, and measure performance.
Collaborate with partners on their digital campaign data insights and work out together next steps for improvement.
Help our partners develop CRM roadmap for Apple devices: implement a strong content plan, analyse data and drive continuous improvement.
Prepare and present biweekly/quarterly stakeholder reports.
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED:
Proven experience in digital marketing project management.
Experience in digital marketing and analytics tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise projects according to dynamic deadlines.
Creativity, initiative, ability to work in a team and adapt to a highly dynamic environment.
Constant interest in digital technologies, solutions, and trends.
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
A passion for marketing, willingness to keep learning, and confidence to take up interesting challenges.
Master the English language very well, as we operate in an international environment (spoken and written).
Experience in running CRM campaigns (advantage).

Salary range starts from: 1800 Eur Netto
