Manage customer orders and reservation (create/update orders in internal system, manage software licenses, prepare sales documents, enter correct delivery addresses and etc.).
Handle all customer’s queries about order delivery, transportation, product specification, warranty and etc.
Manage product return process.
Manage new customer validation process, prepare typical contracts/annexes.
Update internal database - create customer cards, register/suspend customer users.
Educate customer users to use company e-shop.
Strong sense of ownership and willingness to learn.
Strong collaboration, and time-management skills.
General understanding about IT/consumer electronics products.
Good communication skills in Estonian and English (both written and spoken).
Customer-focused approach and attention to detail.
Proven knowledge of MS Office package.
Proven experience in sales / customer support field would be a great advantage.

Monthly salary (bruto) from 1700 €. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
